I would just like to check in with everyone and ask how I'm doing as a moderator for this website. I'd like to stay at the top of my game in keeping all you motherf---ers safe and this site in good health, so I'm asking for whatever comments you may have, which I will listen to and address without any sort of retaliation for negative feedback. How am I doing with deleting offensive material? Am I respecting my position or flaunting it? Thank you in advance, if anyone does answer.

You're not doing a bad job. You're doing pretty good, actually. Sometimes I wish you would show up (more specifically, post) more so we can actually verify that you're here instead of mistaking you as inactive, which I've seen a couple people say in the past. Otherwise, yeah. You're doing good.

What is considered offensive so you can delete a certain post?

It's kind of a really slippery slope. It's sometimes hard to differentiate between legitimately offensive content and typical Gotoquiz user stupidty. Generally speaking, if a user or a group of users is being continually harassed, we'll delete that. Spam threads and posts are also liable for deletion. GTQ Guy has recently made the allowance that we can delete threads repeatedly posted in the wrong forum, which, naturally, follows a good amount of warning. Discriminatory, sexual, and overall violently attacking posts are also deleted. It's kind of hard to set solid lines for this. We do a lot of talking about some of these things before we do anything about them.
