It's pronounced "Oo-ron-ohs", not "your anus". Uranus is the Greek God of the sky, therefore the word is Greek, and not English, so we have to pronounce the name in Greek because it is a Greek word.
-
GUYS, THIS IS IMPORTANT.
-
Thank you. I've always either heard pronounced "your anus" or "urine us" and it irritates me so bad. I've studied Greek in school so I know these things.
-
You are very welcome. I hate it when people pronounce it "your anus" because like no. That's not correct. I can tolerate "your-ine-us" because it's not as bad, but it should still be pronounced "oo-ron-ohs".

This is neat.

You learn something new everyday.

The boys at my school are idiots. I can explain this and be a genius.
-
Anyways, how are you, Hicc?
Explain it to your science teacher too. Bonus points. -
I'm glad I read this, thank you for the information.
-
Well I'm doing pretty well, Megan. I haven't talked to you in forever. How are you doing?
-
You are welcome.
-
I will.
-
I know, I haven't been on that much recently because of work. I'm fine, just a little tired though. What are you doing?
-
And then tell me if you get bonus points for that whenever you go back to school.
