Am back, ack I think the oil I fried the plantains in was a bit old.

Eww, I hate that. Never fried plantains, but I've fried biscuits in old oil and it was horrible.

:3 Usually it's good. I have never tasted fried biscuits :\ I was very disappointed about my food the only good part was the eggs I made. Oh well.

I fry them and cover them in honey, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. They're really good.
