man I’m so stoked bro we get to produce music in my guitar class, I been producing music for 4 years so it’s easy for me lol but I struggle with actually dedicating myself to learn proper mixing (I usually just throw distortion or overdrive or reverb over it and call it a day, I hardly use EQ at all…) and song arrangement which I’m learning

to be fair the production teaching isn’t really monumental, we’re not being taught at all really and the teacher just put everyone on band lab and told them to have one song finished at the end of the month

I’m SOOOO stoked though I have 450 songs in my DAW and I’m working on a new one instead of using a pre-existing one, I was really excited because she mentioned she’d play 3 of people’s songs at recital to show how far guitar class had gone and I really think my song will be played, I’m great at music

my shoulder was KILLING me though I had my fatass bag that weighs 8 bricks and I also had my guitar bag with all my equipment (fosirrite audio interface, iPad, cables & cords, headphones, mic) and lmao I had to awkwardly have my bag off the side of the shoulder and I couldn’t get through any narrow doorways
