A gacha is this machine:
It releases toys in a capsule thingy when you pay it. So, DA gacha adopts are simply adopts you pay for and we get to design random gachas for different prices. -

Well, I'd range the prices from 10 points to 100 maybe. Like, start with chibis, and the more details they get, the higher it costs until you get to cartoon style and then full bodies like the one I did of Cerin. .3. I'd say no more than four or five.
