How did I make it?
with intense staring
I didn't draw the gatcha machine, I merely colored a base in. Here's the base:
However, I did make the really IRRITATING red arrow thing all by myself.
1. Make whatever you're going to say and add an upside down triangle. It'll look like this:
2. Copy the original picture. CAREFULLY select the arrow and drag it upwards. Save:
3. Copy the first again, but don't edit it. Just paste it in your photos file.
4. Copy the second picture and paste it in your photos file as well.
5. Repeat for as many times as you'd like.
6. Do this with other frames/art-thingies.
7. When you're done, I recommend this place for watermark-less gifs:

I'm going to put in the script here so I have an easier time.
The machine is random, as all gatcha machines are, but this machine is smart enough to color code itself. The more points you put in, you'll get different colored capsules, and at one point you may get a different designed capsule! The capsules have better prizes, too, depending on how many points you pay. Some of them let you chose parts of your prizes! Do note that the machine gives you the ultimate prize at 100 points. You cannot place any more into the machine, or it will steal your points, and we may take a while giving you back the extra points! [insert sad face] The machine also can't take too much money at once, so you may want to come visit it every once in a while to see if too many people have visited it. The owners of the Gacha place are always available to answer questions if you have any! [insert happy face] We hope you are satisfied with whatever prize you get and perhaps you'd like to come back over and over! See you at the prize registration booth! -
