Least painful? I would probably say pills would be your best option. It's slow, but almost painless. You'll probably get a headache, maybe stomach pains, and dizzy, but it's not that bad.

Drowning, but that's just my personal one... All the others have chances of failing and making you braindead/handicapped or whatever. Needed: Lake and something heavy to chain to leg.
