  Don't do pills, if you get the dosage wrong you could probably paralyze yourself and not die.
  
  There are 3 things to consider, what is the pain, what is the chance of succeeding, what is the chance of failing and getting f---ed up. Pills fail often. I know several people who have tried pills and it didn't work.
