This is the first time that I'm ahead in debate. I'm almost done with 3/4 arguments for the prop speech and I almost have 2/4 done with the opp debate. ^-^ That's 5/8 done on the first day I have time to do the assignment. Sorta proud. But this is getting boring af. So.. Hi!

I've never heard of it until we were given the topic. But there are so many downsides to it.
Yeah, it is. Like, we already have a plan for students who cannot afford community college which is Pell Grant. On the flip side, Pell Grant only lasts for six years which isn't usually enough time for someone to make it through community college.

Yeah. Pell Grants are supposed to pay US. The Albany budget plan is one of those aftermaths.
