The first improvement I'd make is to make the lips bigger, and lower the eyes a little bit and make the nose smaller. Otherwise, it's cute.

1)Make eyes a bit lower
2)make whole body
3)look on internet how to draw more realistic instead of cartoony
4)add more realistic colors
5)don't trace,use your own work
6)use imagination and don't over think it! -
