I think the bride did it.she never liked the groom and she wanted him dead.kalani wanted him dead too.the bride and kalani tried to race to kill him.the bride was going to kill him maybe a while after the wedding,but because of the race the bride had to kill him during the wedding.

Maybe the two exes, and the bride planned to kill the husband to be during the wedding. The exes had motives, as well as the bride did.

Interview.
Molly-"I was standing right in front of him, toasting to our new marriage along with all of our guests. All I know is that the next thing I knew, the lights were out and when they were turned back on he was dead."
The police officee interviewing her said she showed no emotion whatsoever doing her interview.
Lucas-"I stood when they said Speak Now. I told Molly she was marrying the wrong man, yes, and I still believe this to be true. But why would I shoot her husband? Like that's gonna raise my chances.
Kalani-"Molly is like, my best friend. I would never kill her new husband. Sure, we had a two week thing in college, but that was a few years ago. I know he still adored me, so why would I kill the poor guy? He was odviously confused. -
My guess is that the man who said they weren't right for each other teamed up with the bride. She had a gun in her dress, and he was by the light. She wanted to kill his so she doesn't have to marry him (although that might be a bit rash)
He turned off the light and she was able to shoot him right on his upper spinal cord(who can fire with such accuracy in the dark but someone who is right by you) -
It was a team effort. Molly and Kalani, the two worked together. Both hated the groom in some way. One of them killed the lights, one killed the groom.

It was Molly. She didn't care about a sin, she wanted her husband dead. She never loved him.

The husband was a middle class man with a job as a lawyer.
