They're all ignorant and homophobic Christians. I feel redundant using ignorant and homophobic in the same sentence, to be honest.
When me and my friends were playing UNO in second hour, they started joking about gay stuff and the teacher literally said, "Y'all quit talkin about that." I've heard multiple teachers refer to the word gay as profanity. And I can assure you they most certainly aren't doing it because they don't want to offend homosexuals.
Then, at lunch, the weirdest f---ing thing happened. I don't know if any of you guys have heard of it, but I've been watching a lot of GayGod and lush lately. Lush is the channel GayGod has between him and his boyfriend. Well, some brat blurted out, "Guys, my computer gets YouTube ads all the time (or something like that). Yesterday I saw this one weird one.." Then he whispered it in my friends ear. I asked my friend what he had said and she replied (rather loudly), "GayGod." The reactions of the people around us consisted of a disgusted face accompanied by the words, "GayGod?! Ew! That's just wrong. Why would anyone name their channel that? Gross!" At first I just kinda sat there stunned because I was just thinking about one of his videos as he said that. Then I got pissed because I'm sick of all the idiots in this town. I didn't say another word for two hours and my friends still don't get why.
The friend sitting next to me didn't react strongly, though. You know why? She's one of the only three people I've ever met that aren't homophobic. It's not like I'm antisocial or anything, people around here are just like that. This is what I've been raised to believe until the past year or so. I'm not f---ing welcome here. I don't want to f---ing be here. I hate having to lie about my sexuality every day because of some stupid c---s that need to get some common sense. -
Before the word "gay" was used to describe homosexuality, it used to mean "happy".
Maybe you have the right to use homophobic and ignorant in the same sentence, because there are crazed Christians who worship ANYTHING written in the bible. They will do whatever in their power to purify people of "gayness". -
I know exactly how you feel. And I can assure you that I myself am a Christian. I feel embarrassed altogether that because I believe in God, I also get mistaken for being a homophobe and being represented by a bunch of other homophobes. When really, I have no problem with LGBT and other non-straight people. In fact, I love them. I find them to be extremely enjoyable people. I love homosexuals and bisexuals and transsexuals and etc. because I think that they're adorable and so fun to be around!
I have no idea why people have to judge them for that. Like, we don't even know if God is real and because there's apparently a mythical creature in the sky controlling everything, we have to hate people that are different than us.
Like, even my parents want me to be straight. I once told them that I might like girls that way, and guess what they said?
"You don't like girls. You're not allowed to. You're straight!"
That isn't right at all. I've even thought about becoming an atheist for that reason and others just because of the way Christian people act. It's so dumb. -
Well then.
I wish I could drive up to your school and spend a day there.
It would be hell for them because I swear I am the most open gay guy I have ever met.
^thats not saying much either har har
Anyways.
Rude people tsk tsk -
I know. I can see how it's new meaning came to be.
I know that too, I used to be one of them. I'm glad I'm not anymore.
Not all Christians are like that, of course, I'm just referring to my area. I'm glad you aren't homophic.
I feel like a lot of them wouldn't be like that if beliefs weren't forced down their throats.
I'm sorry your parents are like that. I haven't got the guts to see what mine would say.
I wish you could too, and bring your boyfriend. Then you could have a make out session in front of them and see their reactions xP
Rude people are everywhere man, -
*.

I've met a couple who aren't like that, of course. But there's more who are against gays than aren't from what I've seen..
Exactly. I'm very reluctant about God because Greeks and Romans made up their own practices and so did Christians back then, too. They all did sacrifices and made books and stuff. If the Greek and Roman gods weren't real, what about God? Plus, the bible was made by humans.
That's okay. It isn't your fault. -
OH MAH LORD I WANNA DO THAT
"Gather around kids, gay make out session time :D"
Rudeness is spreading like Ebola man
Everyone just needs to sit down and have a caramel frappuccino and be happy~ -
The majority is definitely against it.
Egyptian Gods too. When I step back and look at it, it's all pretty ridiculous. Of course, your beliefs are your choice.
They'd freak out so bad xD
Hell yeah, let's all be gay c: -
xD
Omg yas please ^~^ Let's all be gay and have Carmal Frappachinos~ -
Right. It does seem ridiculous to me. And yeah, everybody has a right to believe what they will, but I'm pretty skeptical about my religious beliefs.
-
-
Of course I'd just be like "Aw a couple how cute~"
That'd make them less rude for sure.
Well, for the time being you could always refer to yourself as an agnostic Christian.
xD Beautiful. -
Maybe so. Makes sense.
-
Mhm. Good luck deciding your religion.
