I feel like whenever someone says they care about me but then they end up ignoring me and talking to other people, AM I BORING!?

Well, let me explain something to you. Maybe that person does love you, but you may have done something to upset them or hurt their feelings. If not, even they wanted to talk to somebody else at the same time and probably forgot about your conversation with them while talking to that other person.
Which they didn't mean, probably, that or talking to you just made them uncomfortable and they said they cared about you because they felt bad that nobody else did. Or...your negative vibe just scared then off. You have a tendency to have mood swings and be quite irritated and annoying, and most of the tome, snap back when someone calls you out.
They probably stopped talking to you because they were afraid you were going to do that to them. -

What I'm getting at is that they do truly care about you, or feel really bad that nobody else does, and because of your behavior, they are afraid that you might snap at them if they are doing something wrong, which they are cautious of. They may have not been able to handle the pressure so they left altogether before a nervous breakdown came into place.
That, or I'm super bad at guessing. -

See? When you ask your help, don't mock the person giving help, because then it makes yourself look bad. Therefore, you kick back to square one and ask why you have no friends all over again.
