Thread Topic: I have a question.
-
Why does everyone type out my name as Brownie? It's Br0wnie or Br0wnies. Or, if you want to be professional, Br0wnieBunny. And if you're close, Madi, Madison or a logical nickname. Keturah calls me Deedee, she's the only one who can call me that. Or else I will shove chocolate down your throat and watch you choke on it.
I'm not mad, it's just..are you guys too lazy to use the zero? -
Define "close"
-
Not really, Br0wnies.
-
Someone who's close enough to be considered as a family member on here.
Alright. -
I am.
-
Okay Br0wnie
-
The zero is a non-needed replacement for the letter o, so why use it? It takes too much time and gets the same point across slower than just typing brownies.
-
I could ask the same thing as to why people call me Hephy instead of Hephie. Or Hep. I mean, what's so hard about adding an ie at the end? Or an extra h?
-
I see.
Thank you.
Yeah, but the 0 is just as fast. What's so hard in adding it in?
Exactly. -
The point, heph. Is because its a nickname. Just a little thing to call you by that isnt offensive, just something to get the point across. Somebody could call you hephie if that was their nickname for you, it just isnt.
-
I was making fun of the point, Absol. I understand full well.
-
On my phone its not routine to put 0 on your name because I got to change the key pad from QWERTY to NUMBERS then back to QWERTY again....
-
@exactly kish.
-
^^
-
I always call you Br0wniebunny....
