._. I didn't want to talk to my grandma and my uncle, so every time they tried to talk to me, I'd sit there and stare. They yelled at me for not talking do I yelled back and now I'm in a car getting a talk and I'm not amused.

I think parents are all victims of a long-standing process, and they make their kids next in line. The first parents found that having a young life to mold, a defenseless human being that was dependent upon them, and abused their power. It's a human being. Maybe when it's young, yeah, teach it. Keep it safe and socialize the f--- out of it. Great. But once it's old enough to make intelligent and informed choices for itself, a human should be allowed some space to do what they do and ask for help when they need it and learn. Instead, every parent is taking out the suffocating control they dealt with when they were young on their kids and passing it on. It's a really stupid process.
