  For me to give a good pricing list, I'll need a list of what you plan to draw/take in as a commission. (Do you do animals? Chibis? Only sketches?)

  Cell shaded - $15
  Painted - $20
  
  Backgrounds are pretty valuable in a picture, especially if you're doing something detailed. It sets the mood. Hm. $5 per background or pattern.
