  I watched a movie last night where a girl experienced panic attacks and like they didn't even try to romanticize it within the plot it was great..

  I always say I'm not myself at night because that's when I panic but..

  I was going to go read my book until 11 but then I thought....what if it makes me panic..? I'm feeling so calm, I can't risk it...
