I'm seriously tired of doing the same thing every day, panicking about going school and panicking about coming home and being alone.. School gives me anxiety but then.... Once I get home and it starts nearing 11:00 I start to panic about my phone.. It's just the apprehension of it.. And I shouldn't even call this "anxiety" because.. I don't really know.. I can't get diagnosed with anything unless I talk to my parents but.. I.. I can't! I don't even talk to them about normal stuff.. (Not that mental illness isn't normal, I shouldn't say "normal"...) Like...do you know how many times I've gotten to the point where I just needed to go outside to calm down, regardless of the fact that it's 4 AM but then my phone calmed me down...? I just.. Anxiety is not cute.
