What it is: Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation. Why you do it: Because other people are so much luckier, smarter, more attractive, and better than you. Your punishment in Hell will be: You'll be put in freezing water. Associated symbols & suchlike: Envy is linked with the dog and the color green.
...This is...so true.
But when you're put in the situation I am, when you live in the conditions I do, it'd be an understandable part of your personality, am I correct? If I go into detail, it'll sound like a sob story.
Funny thing is, the second closest percentage to Envy (or in other words, second most applyable result) is Sloth, well, for me.
What it is: Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work. Why you do it: You're shiftless, lazy, and good fer nuthin'. Your punishment in Hell will be: You'll be thrown into snake pits. Associated symbols & suchlike: Sloth is linked with the goat and the color light blue.
Yeah, when you live in the middle of nowhere where nobody puts up nothing for you to do and get involved with, you're going to be lazy. It's how most people over here are, but they're still nice people. And sometimes they get jealous, but they're still nice people. I'm still a nice person.
Third result was Pride.
What it is: Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity. Why you do it: Well-meaning elementary school teachers told you to "believe in yourself." Your punishment in Hell will be: You'll be broken on the wheel. Associated symbols & suchlike: Pride is linked with the horse and the color violet.
Because I still get up after taking so many blows from the people I thought I trusted and loved and I brush it off. That's what people do over here. Just brush it off.
Brush everything off. Even when people make you jealous and discourage you to do anything because they make you lose hope, but then you try to brush it off and still act like everything's okay.
Nothing's okay. -
So glad nobody's on to see this.
-
I am.
-
I agree with this quiz.
-
It was sarcasm, thank you for the notes, guys.
-
What quiz is this?
-
...I still responded anyways so f---ing take it. ;3;
-
Look at the title, Wolfie.
I have noted that you responded. But not responding would have been better. -
Sarcasm isn't meant to be correct.
-
Geee...you're palmtree head now.
-
Well then I made irregular sarcasm. I'm typing as if I'm in a bad mood.
What is a Palmtree Head? -
You don't watch fullmental alchemist. You don't understand Envy.
-
I got lust because I like cows and the color blue. .-. But really, a little bit of everything.
-
You don't have to get so p---- over a simple post. What did I do to make you mad about my responses?

First Terrace. The proud are purged by carrying giant stones on their backs, unable to stand up straight (Cantos X through XII). This teaches the sinner that pride puts weight on the soul and it is better to throw it off.
Second Terrace. The envious are purged by having their eyes sewn shut and wearing clothing that makes the soul indistinguishable from the ground (Cantos XIII through XV). This is akin to a falconer's sewing the eyes of a falcon shut in order to train it. God is the falconer and is training the souls not to envy others and to direct their love towards Him.
Third Terrace. The wrathful are purged by walking around in acrid smoke (Cantos XV through XVII). Souls correct themselves by learning how wrath has blinded their vision, impeding their judgment.
Fourth Terrace. The slothful are purged by continually running (Cantos XVIII and XIX). Those who were slothful in life can only purge this sin by being zealous in their desire for penance.
Fifth Terrace. The avaricious and prodigal are purged by lying face-down on the ground, unable to move (Cantos XIX through XXI). Excessive concern for earthly goodswhether in the form of greed or extravaganceis punished and purified. The sinner learns to turn his desire from possessions, power or position to God.
Sixth Terrace. The gluttonous are purged by abstaining from any food or drink (Cantos XXII through XXIV). Here, the soul's desire to eat a forbidden fruit causes its shade to starve. To sharpen the pains of hunger, the former gluttons on this terrace are forced to pass by cascades of cool water without stopping to drink.
Seventh Terrace. The lustful are purged by burning in an immense wall of flames (Cantos XXV through XXVII). All of those who committed sexual sins, both heterosexual and homosexual, are purified by the fire. Excessive sexual desire misdirects one's love from God and this terrace is meant to correct that.
Peace to you.
