It might be because you were watching/using two technologies at the same time. You might be watching t.v and you are on the internet in your phone. Or you are playing games on a computer and checking emails on phone. My sister told me that you get headaches from that.
Maybe you don't go outside a lot. Do that.
Maybe you kept banging your head on the door or something.
Maybe you were yelling/screaming too much.
Maybe you didn't get enough sleep.
Maybe it's because you were spinning around to much.
If you have a headache, go to a dark and quiet room and lay down. Take a nap.
Get some ice and put it on your head. -
