All I see are phones, phones, phones. Stop with the social networking! Sure, it may be fun but it might be causing you lack of sleep. Besides if you friend or follow on FB or Twitter someone and don't know them, they may be a stalker or worse. Don't do internet dating unless you're REALLY REALLY wanting to, canches are you're gonna get kidnaped, raped, killed or scammed like CATFISH. Point is you never know who're talking to. Chat up a friend and hang out.
What the heck happened to us, people?
What happened to writing actual letters, or 8 tracks, watching movies in a park in a drive-thru, listening to a jukebox in a diner?
When men or boys don't hang their pants below their butts and say "SWAG" or some other s*it like that, and back then acted like true gentlemen?
When people had manners.
When you wanted to make someone fall for you you played a boombox or threw pebbles at the window.
When people used glow sticks instead of your damn phones.
When hamburgers costed 25
90 % of the world today- cuss words, raunchy music videos, starvation in the Europe, Africa etc?
I could go on and on about this stuff.... -
I know. Smartphones are taking over as we speak, even little children are using them, which distracts them from schoolwork.

This is why I am proud I don't have a phone. (Although I do have an iPod.) I also don't swear. I have never sworn. I lunch monitored a grade 2 class once, and half of them had iPods, and a few had phones.
I just want to go back to the time where 25 cents could get you a chocolate bar. -

It was racist, sexist, and destructive. Today's society is less so, but those things are actually still quite pervasive even in "modern" nations.
Today's society is more affected by the demand for money and instant gratification, due to rabid consumerism and capitalism. Parents work all day, media bombards both parents and children with propaganda telling them to buy this and buy that or be excluded from society, kids demand things, parents work harder, both want instant gratification.
Guess what I'm going to say is the solution. -
