@Meg I just recalled this girl making one. They're similar to this. Also when people make those, "rip ______" pages or "1 like = 1 rip" crap.
-
That "1 like= 1 rip" is attention whorish.
The first one may be just to remember the dead person or animal. -
@Reason ._. Do you people read or just say whatever. That's different that having no actual emotions towards the subject
@Meg
-
@Meg but they're not really important. If it's a family member or pet who's going to care other than your family?
-
Your friends.
I mean I say that stuff on my dogs death dates because no one in my family likes to talk about it and I don't want them to be forgotten. -
I was explaining why I did it. Why I posted my sadness online. It could apply to others.
-
@Meg Okay I understand what you're saying but if it were a family member your family would obviously remember them. Why do people need to go on a site like Facebook and announce they died? Not to mention half the time people will say, "sorry for your loss" and the original poster will act like it's a selfie and be like, "awww thank you!!!! :)"
-
@Reason you're still not reading what I'm posting. e.e I understand the difference between wanting to talk to someone about it. I do not understand announcing it as if you're a newspaper.
-
(answering thje thread)I dunno,if I were to do that it would be to let out some grief and maybe have someone to talk to about it..like I'm pretty sure everyone has lost someone at some point.
-
Not on facebook though,but on here I would.
-
Yeah. That's attention whoring. I don't like that.
-
@Jade Oh
@Meg yes and that's what I mean when I say they're not actually grieving over the loss of the person.
