My first comment on this thread was not one of aggression or conceit. I simply stated that I used to be a brony. If anything, that's an ice breaker. It's a way to start a conversation.
"I used to be a brony"
"Oh really, what made you leave?"
"Well that's a funny story, actually..."
But no. That's not how it went. I was met with rudeness and aggression. -
