That's good.
Dusk finally stood and opened the door tentatively. No one was in the hallway, so she cautiously stepped out. "Hello?" She said, but her voice was faint and whispery. She shivered and returned to the room. Where were the boys she had seen before? SO far they were the only signs of life here. -
"Dismissed." Daniel stood up. He opened the door to dusks room. "We're going on a tour."

Dusk tensed as the door opened, but it was only the boys again. "Listen, I'd like to know what all of this is about. When did you guys get here?" She demanded, stepping back from the door and the lead boy. "What's your name and who are you?" Dusk aimed the question at all the boys, but mainly at the leader. -

"Guys, leave." All the other boys left. Jake closed the door. Daniel sat down next to her. "I'm daniel. The first person sent to this s--- hole. We get a new boy every month." Daniel sat up, signaling for dusk so follow him. "Lemme show you around." -
Dusk followed him out, "Is there anyway out? How big is this place?"

"It goes on for god knows how many miles." Daniel walked out of the front door.

"Have you explored it all?" Dusk felt as if she was asking too many questions, but she had no idea how this had happened, when and why. She had a feeling she should know, but all answers were evading her. -

"Yea, about 35 miles. That's how far we've gotten." The front yard was a huge meadow, with a huge garden. "Here's our meadow. We come here to relax and tend to the garden. It's our nain food source." He walked over to the garden. -

"How long have you been here? Who owns this place?" -
He sighed. "Later." He picked a strawberry from a leaf, and gave it to her. "taste it."

"Is it poison?" I examined the leaf critically and tentatively nibbled the edge.

He rolled his eyes. "No, it's a f---ing strawberry." Daniel sat down in the meadow. The grass was green and vibrant, and there were all kinds of beautiful flowers.
