Ok, if you ever get extremely stressed, take a hammer or a sledgehammer, go out into the woods (NOT DEEP!), find a nice tree, and beat the crap out of it! Pretend it is them if you want to. Then, when you are all tired out, go in, take a hot shower, then take a nap.... Then, like magic, every drop of stress is gone!
