Well, it's a free country; he has a right to sing if he wants to. I don't personally like his music so I just ignore it, though I don't feel any contempt toward him.
Well 'fag' can easily be taken in a negative fashion so I would recommend not saying it. -

I don't like Justin Bieber's music, I don't know him personally so I wouldn't judge him by how he sings. If he sings like a girl so what, its just his voice hasn't matured yet. I wouldn't judge people if you don't know who they truly are.
