  1. Okay… to get honest results lower any pants / waistband below your belly button so you can see you full stomach. Stand up straight and look in the mirror turning to the side - what do you see?
  2. Next sit down and look down what do you see?
  3. Stand up and do 10 jumping jacks - what happens to your belly?
  4. Next do a sit up and look at your belly - what does it look like?
  5. Look in the mirror from the side and bend over - what does your belly look like?
  6. Sit back down (remember to fully relax your belly). Can you see the top of your waistline of your pants?
  7. Stay sitting - can you grab your belly?
  8. Check the answer that relates to your belly the most…
  9. Can you wear low rise jeans?
  10. Finally - sit crossed leg on the floor and look at your belly what does it look like?
