Depression is not to be taken lightly. It's a serious deal. And to settle anything, You are not weak if you are depressed. It's just that you have been strong for too long.

Please read. Just about every human gets depressed in their life; some don't even show it. I'll tell you what, I'm going through a bit of it myself right now. If you are feeling depressed or suicidal, 1) know that it's not worth it. Scars aren't worth it either, and I know that personally. 2) Also please get help as soon as possible. It can be helped, I promise you that!

  14. How long have you been feeling depressed?
  15. Think of something happy. Whether that be a memory, a person, a material object or other. How happy does that make you, on a scale of 0-5?
  16. Being stressed can have somewhat the same feeling as being depressed for some people. Have you been stressed lately?
  17. Try to smile. On a scale of 0 to 5, how hard was it? No forcing the smile. Just let it come as naturally as possible.
  18. Nowadays just about anyone can call themselves depressed, even though depression is a serious matter. The word cannot just be thrown around. Have you been truly honest throughout this quiz? Please make sure, I want you to get as accurate of results as possible ^^
