Imagine you’re on a walk and it’s dark, with only ur best friend there and you’re bursting for a pee. Like, the worst you’ve ever needed it. Ps you’re wearing light grey jeans. There’s no toilets nearby, and there’s bushes but you don’t want anyone to see u taking a whizz in the bush in case they come round the corner. What do u do?
- Obviously wet myself. What else?!

If u have any water, chug as much as you can (it’s ok if not). If you need to pee, just go straight ahead. If not, wait until you do. Anyway, go to the nearest tap or source of water and turn it on just a little bit. Listen to it and focus on peeing for a few minutes. Ok next- do 6 squats, each time for 30 seconds in the squat position. Now just stand or lie there, feet apart, and relax for 60 seconds - no holding, no squirming, no holding yourself, and all ur muscles have to be completely relaxed. Last one, go to the nearest bathroom or if you’re laying down think hard about the nearest bathroom, and stand in the doorway with your feet shoulder width apart and just look at the toilet, right there, but you can’t use it... (no squirming or holding yourself the only thing you can move is your head/eyes to look around. You can tense your muscles to attempt to hold tho.)
