Your Warrior Cat Life!

Welcome! The Warrior Cats have arrived, and you are one of them! In this quiz, you enter the life of Honeypelt, a smart, skilful and well respected warrior!

Honeypelt has one sister, Silverfern, and many friends in her Clan, LakeClan, including Creamfur, the deputy, Lightstar, the leader and Cherrynose, the medicine cat.

  1. Your name is Honeypelt and you are a gingery she cat with golden patches. You have green eyes and you are very intelligent.
  2. It is dawn on a warm and sunny new leaf morning and you are climbing out of the Warriors’ den. You stretch and walk over to your deputy and friend, Creamfur. You touch noses and exchange greetings. “Honeypelt, do you think you could go on a hunting patrol? The fresh-kill pile is looking bare.”
  3. Creamfur purrs. “Thanks Honeypelt. You can choose who you take with you.” Who do you take?
  4. Before you can ask, your sister, Silverfern, bounds up to you. “Hi, Honeypelt! Can I come with you?”
  5. You and Silverfern pad through the willow trees towards the river. Your sister hooks a fish with her sharp front claws and drops it beside her. “Honeypelt,” she meows suddenly, “Can I talk to you?”
  6. She takes a deep breath. “I’m expecting kits,” she purrs. Your eyes widen. “Really? That’s great!” You cry. “Who is the father?” Silverfern’s eyes darken. “Swiftrunner.” She sighs.
  7. “I know, Honeypelt. But, I loved him so much, it hurt to be apart, and I just wanted to be able to be together!” She wails. You lick her ears. “It’s alright. You are my sister and I’ll always do what’s best for you.”
  8. You dip a ginger paw in the cool water and pull out a trout, Silverfern’s favourite food. She looks at it with pleading blue eyes. You nudge it to her. “Eat this, I know it’s your favourite!” You mew.
  9. After you and your sister arrive back in camp, she slips into Lightstar, the LakeClan leader’s, den.
  10. About a moon later, it is early leaf bare and the air is chilly. You are walking back to camp when you hear your sister yowl. You hurry back, dashing into the nursery and stop beside Silverfern. She already has two kits squirming beside her and a third slipping out. Cherrynose, the medicine cat, is crouched beside her, coaxing the third kit out.
  11. You watch as the third kit is born, followed by the fourth. Cherrynose sighs. “That was the last one, Silverfern. Congratulations.”
  12. Your sister has two she cats and two tom cats. She names the two toms Troutkit and Riverkit, and calls the she cats Silverkit and Honeykit.
  13. It is the middle of leaf bare and greencough is common! Creamfur falls I’ll, as does Lightstar!
  14. You, Silverfern and her kits somehow manage to not get the deadly disease and you are often out of camp, gathering catmint or hunting. But one day, you arrive back at camp to discover the Creamfur is dead!
  15. Lightstar recovers without losing a life, and calls a Clan meeting. “Creamfur is dead, so the new deputy shall be...HONEYPELT!” He yowls.
