Warrior Cats Love Story (THE BEST EVER!!!) PART 2

The domestic cat[1][2] (Felis catus[2] or Felis silvestris catus[4]) is a small, usually furry, domesticated, and carnivorous mammal. It is often called the housecat when kept as an indoor pet,[6] or simply the cat when there is no need to distinguish it from other felids and felines. Cats are often valued by humans for companionship and their ability to hunt vermin and household pests. Cats are similar in anatomy to the other felids, with strong, flexible bodies, quick reflexes, sharp retractable claws, and teeth adapted to killing small prey. Cat senses fit a crepuscular and predatory ecological niche. Cats can hear sounds too faint or too high in frequency for human ears, such as those made by mice and other small animals. They can see in near darkness. Like most other mammals, cats ha

Despite being solitary hunters, cats are a social species, and cat communication includes the use of a variety of vocalizations (mewing, purring, trilling, hissing, growling and grunting) as well as cat pheromones, and types of cat-specific body language.[7] Cats have a rapid breeding rate. Under controlled breeding, they can be bred and shown as registered pedigree pets, a hobby known as cat fancy. Failure to control the breeding of pet cats by neutering, and the abandonment of former household pets, has resulted in large numbers of feral cats worldwide, requiring population control.[8]

  1. What is your age?
  2. What is your gender?
  1. Where we left off: You found yourself speechless and unable to talk. You felt feelings of course for _____________, but you were so conflicted? In your heart you know you love...
  2. "Can you give me time?" you plead. They nod and vanish into the undergrowth. You rest your head in your paws and stare off into the distance. You hear brambles swishing and than a cat's pelt is brushing yours. "Hey." His black fur was sleek as if he groomed it for you. His green eyes glint and he stares wistfully into the distance. "You know," Darkstorm confesses,"that it isn't easy for me to be open about my feelings with other cats." You nod. He sighs. "I know I'm not good enough for you. But I swear I will keep trying until I get somewhere." You turn to him as he glares at the ground. He sees you staring at him and looks up with penetrating green eyes. He licks his claw and rubs his ear. And as a cold wind buffets through, he presses his pelt against yours. You feel...
  3. . Darkstorm nudges you with his paw. He mouths, "Look." A couple she-cats are trailing behind Sunfur, adoring and drooling. He gives a lighthearted laugh. "Oh, Sunfur, you're so ADORABLE!" "Hee, hee, hi cutie!" They are all beautiful and you see that they all adore Sunfur. Sunfur glances hopefully at a tree, his expression turning dark for a moment. Then, he brightens up and teases the she-cats who run off chasing him into the undergrowth. "You see?" Darkstorm asks. "They adore Sunfur. He has plenty of admirers. You're just one of many. I have nobody." His eyes are pleading. You say...
  4. You end up mumbling an excuse and rushing away. You stumble and you sprain your paw. You hop back to camp, your paw throbbing. As you do, Wavepelt sees you and his eyes light up. He dashes towards you. "I always keep some for emergencies." He sprints into his den and pulls out a swath of cobwebs." "What are those for?" Then you realize you're bleeding from the cheek. As Wavepelt bandages your face, Fireclaw takes one look at you and calls for the medicine cat. "Help! _______ is hurt!" The medicine cat speaks lightly as she chews up a clump of marigold and spits it out to make a poultice. "Your paw's injured with a minor sprain. You should be fine in a week. For now, only light duties in the camp. The kits could always have some extra playmates." You immediately...
  5. After a good night's rest in the medicine den, you wake up to a dull ache in your paw and harsh whispers. "I was the one who actually tried to treat her!" "You didn't have anything for her paw! You could've killed her!" "At least I did more than call for Amberfoot, the medicine cat to save the day!" The voices growled. You recognize the voices of Wavepelt and Fireclaw. Hissing, you get out of your den and approach them. Fireclaw starts towards you, his amber eyes wide with worry. Wavepelt nudges him, harder than needed, his pale gray fur bristling. You say...
  6. Amberfoot shoos the toms away. "You need rest," she fusses. You curl up in your nest and tuck your nose in your tail. But, you hear a rustling in the bushes and bolt upright. You hope it's who you think it is! It's Lightningpelt. "Hey, I heard you took a nasty fall last night." He smiles, for the first time since you met him. "You okay?" He shifts closer to you.
  7. "You want me to fetch you some fresh-kill?" he asks. You are gracious, for your belly rumbles. "Sure, thanks," you say. Purring, he bounds to the prey pile to get you a piece. That's when you see Branch-eye. She vomits and coughs weakly. "Green cough," you hear Amberfoot murmer. "Tell ______ to get back to her den." As the medicine apprentice comes to tell you the news, you feel like you have lost your appetite. Branch-eye was your mentor. You still remember the first day when you begged her to go...
  8. As Lightningpelt comes back with the vole you feel like if you ate a bite of food you'd throw up. Still, you say...
  9. Lightningpelt gives you a questioning stare as you spin around and bolt into the medicine den. As you do, Branch-eye looks weakly up at you. "You came," he rasps. Amberfoot doesn't even tell you to go away. He must be dying. "Why didn't you say you were sick?" Amberfoot sobbed. "No time. Didn't want to bother." He lets out a hacking cough. "Please, pass on all that I taught you. You were a good apprentice. I won't forget you." His words spilled out like water rippling over stones. You nod, blinking back tears. Branch-eye was your first trainer, first mentor, first friend. He was the kindest cat ever and had been there for you when your mother died, when nobody else was. He gives one last breath and then his eyes cloud and his head rolls back. You feel...
  10. You turn tail and flee to the forest. The unforgiving gray sky glaring down upon you. You throw back your head and yowl your grief to StarClan.
  11. To be continued...
