  1. first of all, how old are you?
  2. Now what gender are you?
  3. On a scale of one to 8 how badly do you need to pee?
  4. If your answer was under 6 go drink 750ml to 1000ml and come back in 35 minutes.
  5. now press hard on your bladder
  6. now do ten squats and make sure to keep pressing on your bladder
  7. now spread open your legs and listen to water sounds for 2 minutes
  8. if you have a belt put it on and make it the tightest setting. make sure it is on your bladder
  9. now go to the bathroom. Think about how nice it is to go pee, and press your bladder on the corner of the countertop.
  10. now put a bunch of ice in your pants on your bladder and relax all your muscles. ( you can pour cold water if you want)
  11. take off your clothes and sit right on the toilet. Dont hold back any urge to pee and listen to water sounds. if nothing happens try pressing your bladder (optional)
  12. With your clothes off press as hard as you can on your bladder for 30 seconds dont stop if you leaked
