Path of Stars: Part 5

This is the final quiz of my series “Path of Stars”. In this quiz, darker dangers await as an attack happens, your kits come, and you leave StreamClan.

This is a story of darker danger. But in the midst of danger, your mate will be there. Who will it be? Firepool, Lionflame, Thunderbreeze, or Pounceleap? Cindershadow stays in StreamClan, but I still added her as an option!

  1. We left off when you received a prophecy from StarClan, right? Let’s start!
  2. When you wake up, you found yourself in the medicine den. It was quiet and you recognize Leafstream coming up to you. “How are you feeling, Sparkheart? You slept for a half moon! You’re ready to go back to the warrior’s den! Be careful!” You walk out of the medicine den.
  3. Then, Lionflame comes and asks to share prey. Firepool came and held a squirrel, Lionflame was holding a squirrel, and Hollypaw held a mouse. Who do you want to share with?
  4. You shared prey with whoever you chose. You had a good chat. If you chose Firepool, you talked about the prophecy and your dream. If you chose Lionflame, he talked about Breezepelt’s death. If you chose Hollypaw, she talked about how fun being an apprentice was. After you chatted with them, Streamstar called a clan meeting. She gave you an apprentice, a silver she-cat called Featherpaw. She made Hollypaw a warrior, Hollystripe. As everyone cheered Hollystripe’s name, you saw Cherryrain leap onto Hollystripe and slash at her throat, killing her. Streamstar saw it too, because she dragged Cherryrain onto the Moonrock, pinning her down. “Why did you kill Hollystripe?!” Streamstar asked. Cherryrain laughed and laughed, confessing everything. After she was done, she stepped aside. “Sparkheart, you can land the killing blow on Cherryrain.” As you went to the Moonrock, , you gestured to Silvertail, who gave you deathberries. You went up to the Moonrock, and leaped on her, then shoved the deathberries into her mouth, knowing there was no cure to them. She chewed and swallowed, and then closed her eyes and drew her last breath, then let it out. She was dead.
  5. Suddenly, someone let out a yowl. It was Sandpelt, along with the rest of WaveClan! They leapt at every cat they could, landing swift and quick blows. Silvertail and Streamstar came up to you. Just then, you felt ripples in your belly, and let out a wordless yowl. 890 got you to the nursery.
  6. Suddenly, you felt ripples in your belly. You let out a wordless yowl. 890 saw you and he got you safely to the nursery.
  7. Silvertail came in. She gave you a stick to chew on. 890 checked on you, then rushed to get some moss. You chewed on the stick hard as one kit came out, then another. You thought it was over, but then there was more ripples and one more kit came out. Just then, 890 came back. “Congratulations, Sparkheart and 890! You have 3 beautiful she-kits? What will you name them?” 890 whispered in your ear, and you nodded. “The flame-colored she-kit will be Brightkit, in honor of Brightstar. The snow-colored she-kit will be Dovekit, in honor of Dovestar. And the golden tortoiseshell she-kit will be Honeykit.” “Brightkit, Dovekit, and Honeykit. What lovely names!” Just then, you hear a screech. Nighttail, an elder, came in. “That was Fernstar, the leader of WaveClan. She’s dead, and so is Sandpelt. One of your kits, Brightkit, came and crept up behind Sandpelt and did the final blow. His spirit is faded.” You suddenly notice Brightkit, and marvel at how heroic she was.
  8. Soon after, Streamstar came in. “Sparkheart, we need to leave now. Myself, Silvertail, your mate, your kits, and Hollystripe are coming with you. Hollystripe pretended to be dead. Let’s go!”
  9. As you travel, your kits kept getting sleepy. Everyone was helping you. Soon, you reached a forest. It had a waterfall and in the middle with a rock on top of it leading into a cave. You knew it would be a good leader’s den. You eventually found a tree for Silvertail’s den, a bush with a hole for the apprentice den, another tree for the elder’s den, and a bramble bush for a nursery.
  10. You decide to call the meeting rock the Flamerock and Brightkit finds a nice cave with a pool. It was a perfect place for StarClan to meet with the 4 clans, give prophecies, and make cats leaders. She called it the Starpool.
  11. Soon, your clan was settled. A tom named Oakfrost decides to be the leader and Hollystripe was the deputy. Your clan had 6 kits: Your kits(Brightkit, Dovekit, and Honeykit) and Featherwhisper’s kits: Bluekit(dark blue tom), Sunkit(golden tabby tom), and Mosskit(tortoiseshell she-cat with blue eyes)FlameClan had Silvertail as a medicine cat, and she had an apprentice, Moonpaw(gray cat with green eyes). There were 7 warriors: Tigerfur(dark brown tabby tom, Featherwhisper’s mate), Rowanfrost(dark ginger tom), Swiftleap(black and white tom), Flowerlight(light brown tabby), Robinfeather(tortoiseshell she-cat with blind blue eyes), your mate, and Nettlefur(cream-colored tom). You had 3 apprentices: Lakepaw(dark blue tom), Berrypaw(cream-colored she-cat) and Leafpaw(light brown tabby she-cat). There was one queen alongside you: Featherwhisper. Some other cats came and welcomed you, and after explaining to them what a clan was, they decided to be called LightClan. At last, all was well.
  12. The End(of the series. I’ll be making a new series about Brightkit, called Brightstar’s Journey(She will become leader!)
