Paranormal Love (part 40)

Hi guys! Welcome to part 40 of my Paranormal Love series. OMG! My series is turning over the hill! *sob* they grow up so fast, it seems only yesterday that I wrote part 1. :') Okay... so maybe that's an exaggeration. It feels like I've been writing Paranormal Love forever. I just never expected this series to have this many parts.

Recap: You are listening in to Chris' and Jace conversation and the seem to be making up. Then out of nowhere, Heidi appears behind you and teleports you (as well as Chris and Jace) to this weird place. Chris, Jace, Bryan, Ethan, Nick, Anthony, and Allissa are all chained to the wall. You are too. Heidi tells you her plans of killing you and using your magic to destroy the humans. You say some stuff to her and she slaps you.

  1. When Heidi slapped you, that TOTALLY crossed the line. Your cheek stung badly. The pain seems to absorb into your skin and turn into anger that steadily builds up inside you. The anger is caused not so much by the fact that Heidi slapped you, as you have been slapped before. That was only part of it. What really got you was the fact that the people you love the most were chained to a wall by some backstabbing pshycho who wanted you to die a slow, painful death. That is NOT going to fly with you. At this point, the anger inside of you is almost unbearable. You can feel your pulse beating rapidly inside you and your heart feels like it's going to explode. Something like that could kill you inside, so you just foucused all your energy to you arms ands legs and let the anger out by trying to escape.
  2. The metal around your ankles and wrists snaps like a toothpick and you stumble forward a little, almost bumping into Heidi. You were still filled with boiling rage and it was all directed twords her. Heidi looks surprised that you broke out that easily, but she still doesn't look scared. "Wow, _____. That was pretty impressive." she says raising an eyebrow and smiling. "But you are still no match for me." You slap that smile right off her face. Heidi gives you a look of disbelief, you smile to yourself when you see the red mark on her cheek. "You sure about that?" you retort. Heidi glares at you, her eyes looking like blue fire. "You're going to wish you hadn't done that!" Heidi shouts at you. "Bring it on!" you shoot back.
  3. Heidi throws a punch at you which you dodge just in time. You swing your fist at her which collides with her nose, making blood drip onto her shirt. Heidi recovers quickly and swiftly punches you in the jaw, it was too quick to dodge. It wasn't the hardest you've been hit, but your mouth still tastes like blood. You try to hit her back, but she grabs your fist as well as your other hand. You struggle to get out, but Heidi doesn't let go. Then you remember a move the guys taught you. You kick Heidi in just the right spot on her leg, causing her to fall and let go of your fists.
  4. Heidi didn't want to face-plant, so she manages to fall on her butt. You decide to use your fire power on her, you put your hands in front of you and flames shoot out of your palms. Heidi reacts to this quickly and puts up a force field to keep herself from getting burned. The flames from your palms die out and Heidi stands up. She pulls out something from her pocket- it's a knife. Right after you realize what it is, Heidi dissappears. A second later, she reappears behind you, holding the knife to your neck. "Say goodbye, _____." she says in a dark tone.
  5. The blade of the knife feels cold on your skin. It gives you a sense of fear, but you were still determined to win. "Goodbye," you say in almost a whisper. Then you elbow Heidi in the side with all the force you can come up with. This distracts her enough so you can escape from her grip. You quickly turn invisible. Judging by the worried look in Heidi's eyes, she can't see you. You make your movements as quietly as possible. You tiptoe behind her, and at the right moment, you push her onto the ground. Heidi gasps and drops her knife in order to catch herself. It lands fairly close to you. There it was, just lying on the cement floor. You could have easily picked up that knife and ended Heidi right there, but you decided to be more creative than that. You walk over by Heidi's head and kick the back of her neck forcefully with the heel of your sneaker. Her neck snaps with a sickening sound that typically would have made you cringe, but this time it meant victory for you. You have won.
  6. You look down at Heidi, just barely believing what you have done. She died with her eyes wide open, they already appeared to be losing color. She was still bleeding a bit from her nose. You couldn't help but think "Well, that's what you get for messing with me." but deep down you feel bad, because well... you just killed someone! However, you also feel like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. You then notice something on the floor by Heidi's pocket. It was a key, and you knew exactly what it was for.
  7. You pick up the key and walk over to Allissa, she's the closest to you. Her big neon dark blue eyes were wide, and she looked like she had a lot to say. Everyone else looked that way too. You unlock the chains around Allissa's wrists and ankles. Allissa pulls the duct tape off her mouth and hugs you tightly, almost knocking you over. "____! My God! That was freaking awesome! You kicked Heidi's ass like a boss, and with the move I taught you, I'm so proud!" Allissa gushes. You hug her back and smile. "Thanks for teaching me that, Allissa." you say. Allissa lets go of you so you can free the guys. They all attack you with a group hug, bombard you with praising words, and tell you about how freaked out they were that you almost died. Especailly Jace. "Oh my God, _____. I never thought Heidi would turn against me like that, but you sure showed her! You were amazing!" he says. "Thanks," you say blushing.
  8. ***Jace's P.O.V.*** "Jace?" _____ said. Her comment was directed twords me, but it sounded like she wanted everyone else to hear it too. "Yeah?" I replied. "You were never the villain. It was Heidi." she said. Well, I guess I was the villian to begin with, but not anymore. I smiled slightly. _____ turned to everyone else. "I think you all owe Jace an apology." she said. "Well, I guess you're right, _____." Chris said. Everyone nodded. "I'm sorry, Slate... er, I mean Jason." Allissa said. "It's fine." I replied. The guys were next, and Chris was last. He looked directly at me. "So, now that I know for sure that you aren't the bad guy here... do you think we can stop hating each other?" Chris asked. "I think it's possible." I answered. Chris smiled and held out his hand, I shook it.
  9. ***Your P.O.V.*** You grin. "Aw, c'mon! You guys can do better than that!" you say. Chris and Jace look at you with raised eyebrows. "HUG! HUG! HUG! HUG!" you chant. Chris and Jace look at each other, then at you, and back at each other. "Oh alright!" they say and hug each other. "Awwww!" you think. Chris and Jace let go. "Alright guys, I think I have just enough teleporting magic to get back to the mansion." Jace says. "That's good, this place is creepy. Let's get the firetruck outta here!" Ethan says. You all join hands (you're between Jace and Bryan) and you all are teleported back to the mansion.
  10. You all appear in the mansion. "What time is it?" Anthony asks. Nick glances at the clock. "It's 2 in the morning." he replies. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm not tired at all." Ethan says. "Me neither." you all reply. You end up spending most of the night in the living room visiting with Ethan, Nick, Anthony, and Allissa. Chris, Jace, and Bryan were out in the backyard having an in depth conversation. After all, they used to be best friends and things have been weird between them for years. Now they could finally find some common ground and get on with thier lives. Since they haven't really chatted in years, they had a lot of catching up to do. It was the greatest feeling in the world knowing that everyone could stop fighting and that you didn't have any more villains to worry about. At 5 in the morning, you went to sleep happily with that thought in your head.
  11. CLIFFHANGER!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, I have a little story to share with you guys. So when I'm writing these, I'm usually listening to music. While I was writing the fight scene, I was lip-syncing "boyfriend" by Justin Bieber and my mom caught me. >.> I would have announced it right there, but that would have killed the mood, so I'm doing it now. Boyfriend is an awesome song. I swear to God that is not Justin Bieber singing... or if it is, then his voice is just auto-tuned beyond recognition. (I'm sorry all you JB fans, but I just don't like him.) Anywayz, who do you like?
