I am currently listening to suicide of the west and decided to search for the quiz. The impetus to do so was spurred by modern hindsight not yet available to the author. For example the question about protest and assembly; I agree that all CITIZENS have that right but not all PEOPLE as long as the assembly and protests are truly NON VIOLENT and NOT DISRUPTIVEOF OTHERS RIGHTS OR PROPERTY. So if your "mostly peaceful" protests involves burning down and/or looting the homes, property businesses of others then you should be shot. Preferably by the owner of said home, property, or business. But in a pinch I will accept the police doing it. My opinion on this rambles back and forth across the liberal/conservative line, and even more so for the time Burnham was composing and using this. And it is influenced by the hindsight of witnessing the abuse of these rights and communist propaganda used to cover it up.
