2 T's by coach is ejection or 1 T by coach and 2 T's on bench which are indirect to the coach is also an ejection for coach. So there were two answers for that question.

some of the questions can't be answered. For example, a coach may never "call" time out, he may only request time out and the official "calls" the time out.

The wording about ejected due to technicals implies, but does not state, that it is merely the ringing of the T without something else that prompts ejection, so one must guess to answer properly. No, he's not ejected automatically with one direct T. Yes, the official can declare it a flagrant foul and toss him on the first T.

there are a couple of dumb trick questions especially the one about technicals. shouldn't be used to determine how well you know the rules. AT LEAST LIST THE ANSWERS THAT WERE MISSED!
