totally missed the mark. Says I'm from the north midlands. I was born and lived in Kansas til age 30. From there to germany 5 years, Oklahoma 2.5 years, Florida for 31 years.

.. not to be funny or disrespectful but i was told a philly accent BUT i am as twangie appalachian as one can get. i even have the girl version of adding an 'ahh' after every single word kindly like an old time baptist preacher. lol

wow lol this is shockingly accurate! I got where I'm from and I really didn't ever think I had an accent. Not everyone in the US says pop instead of "soda"?? come on now!

Philadelphia all the way! But that was my third result. I got inland north, which is wierd because the Philly/NJ area is more middle.

I'm from the upper northeast corner of NY, just one half hour from the Canadian border, but the quiz says I'm from The West. How strange!

I had zero doubt I would be clearly identified "as Philadelphian as a cheesesteak"... I would have been disappointed for the result to have been otherwise...

I was born and raised in Connecticut, but my mom was from Ohio. Maybe that's why they say I have a midland accent.

Have to agree w/Midland. Born & raised in Nebr. Lived in Colo,Ill,Ind and now in Fla since 1981. Tend to "fit in" I think and not so arrogant to think there is only one way to speak.

Wow, that was Awesome I'm from New York City. My sister had moved to Florida and soon afterwards was saying (Caafee) instead of (Coughfee) Like we say in NYC.

This Quiz is so far off it's ridiculous. It says I'm from Inland North and I've never been north of the Texas Panhandle except to visit!!!!!!!!!!

I am surprised - born and raised in NE alright - but nowhere near Phila - born in Akron Ohio and live in Cleveland area my whole life

Way off! "Great Lakes area/Northeast/Phil adelphia" I've never lived in any of those places. Grew up in Texas and live in Colorado.

Just been told I've midland access. Don't tell them I'm actually from Finland, Europe. Central Finland though.

it says i have The Northeastern accent even though i am brittish not american at all so this is not very accurate.

Hey I think this is quite good. I was raised in Michigan but have spentmost of mylife in TN. My accent is not regular anything and it changes so you to select the right area is amazing

North Central accent. It says people may mistake me for a Canadian. I am Canadian xD But not all Canadians have a North Central accent...

I live in South Jersey, and this quiz got me right with a Philly accent. Yes, Philadelphia has as much of an accent as New York and Boston.
