Yessssss!!! Still have the Minnesota accent. Been in Georgia for 9 years and I still have my Minnesota accent.Sayed in Minnesota for 5 years. Thank God.

Lol I have an English/Australian accent, but it said that I have a Midland/no accent... Lol confused

The quiz think's I'm from the northeast. My accent is very obvious. It's not American at all.

I'm not from the west, I'm a southern girl, if you heard me talk you would think I was a redneck, but I try to keep it classy.

I'm actually from England but I decided to take the quiz anyway and I got 100% Northeast?

This says I am from the Northeast. I grew up and lived in Alabama 36 years. I also have lived in Texas, Tennessee, and SC.

This says I'm from Philadelphia--I've only been there once. Raised in the south, now living in the northeast. Strange....

Right on. I'm from the South. But it says that I'm only 1% more than Philadelphia. That couldn't possibly be.

I come from the London area of England, and the quiz was 93% certain I came from the Northeast of the USA!

I was born in Pennsylvania and now live in Arizona. According to this I have a Boston" accent. Wrong.

I am from central Alabama. Guess we all have individual idiolects that share various aspects of pronunciation from cultural, educational and personal specificity .

So wrong--have never lived where you say my accent is from. Have lived around the world but never in the area you said.

Not New York. Born in Sydney Australia, spent 2 years in Boston form age 1.5 to 3.5 years. Lived in Florida for 20 years after that.. Who knows?

I got "midland" even though I'm southern. You should've asked how people say the plural of "you." (Y'all, you guys, you guyes, etc.)

Well, the survey thinks there'a a 97% chance I'm from the Northeast. I'm from Chicago. Well, hell -- that's northeast of San Diego.

I am from the Midwest and never have been to Philly - but would love to go! I wouldn't sound like a foreigner there!!

I agree with Goober on the Mary question. I was born in CO, raised in UT, back in CO for 24 yrs, yet the results said "Midlands" NOPE.

From the other comments, seems this quiz has the most problems pegging down anyone from the west coast. Pegged me as from Boston - nope - LA area. Fun though
