Um, you kind of got your prayers wrong! I should know because I go to a Catholic school. I didn't answer some of your questions because you didn't include the right ones. If you want to pass your test, here are the prayers:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be your name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen. :)

I guess I may have gotten the punctution wrong. Anyways, hope you learn a lot from your first holy communion! I received this sacrament in 2nd grade but it is good that you can do it as you are older. Currently, I am going through Confirmation classes! Wish me luck.
