A month and a half later, there Chester stood, at the end of the aisle in his fancy suit, golden crown adorned with rubies on his head. He wore earrings, dark hair perfectly styled against his face - which was set in a look of anxiety. His gloved hands fidgeted with the sides of his cape as the pastor spoke, something about eternal love.
The throne room was decorated with black, red white, and light pink flowers, with gold and light green accents. Chester hadn’t yet seen Jayden in his chosen outfit, much to his dismay.
Maeve stood behind Chester as his maid of honor (a label that took Chester a lot of convincing to use), beside Oliver as groomsman, and a few other trusted men.
