Nathan made a happy purring noise that sounded like a fire crackling. "How much water is there?"

Megan turned off the water. "A lot."

"In the whole wide world?" Nathan said, stretching his arms as far as they would go.

"Seventy to seventy-five percent of the world is water," Megan answered.

"Why's it called Earth then?" Nathan asked quizzically.

"Because we live on the earth part of it, maybe?" Megan suggested.

Nathan's eyes shone. "That's probably it! You're smart. I have a smart human."

Megan chuckled. "Just a guess."

"A good guess," Nathan said gleefully. "You have a very big house. Why is it so big?"

Megan looked around. It wasn't big, more medium-sized. "It was just made that way," she said.

It was like a palace to the small red creature who was unaccustomed to such beauty. "I like it!"

"There's bigger houses," Megan said.

"Bigger?" Nathan said, already in awe. "How big?"

"A lot bigger," Megan said.

"Woah," Nathan said, his eyes sparkling. "Can we go see?"
