Skinstealers.

Last night, I had a dream about skinstealers. Skinstealers are monsters.
Imagine a human. Now imagine that human without any hair. Now imagine that human with transparent pinkish-orange skin, with purple veins and all of their bones and internal organs being visible. Take that, and make it so this skin is a membrane covering them so they are unrecognizable...and give them long fingers and shark teeth. This is a skinstealer.
What do skinstealers do? They take live people, place two hooks in the mouth, and peel off their skin while they're still alive. They then wear that skin, and eat the corpse of the person they stole it from to regain their muscles.
Why do they do this? Skinstealers are undead humans, although reports of similar occurrences have been shown with other species. Like zombies, they cannot control what they do. Unlike zombies, they are fully conscious during the experience and want to stop it, but have no power over it.
They can only escape by taking skin.
Once they take a skin, they live for the time that that person had left to live. If they cannot function normally because their experience was too traumatizing, they have to do it all over again.

I was just thinking it would make a great creepy movie. Except for in the dream, there was a demon-turned-good named Tritanope, which I'm not sure about adding for two reasons:
1. Demons (or any monster) turned good is WAY overdone
2. His name is Tritanope
Then again, there was also World of Warcraft references, and if they WERE included, it wouldn't be a World of Warcraft reference. -
Wracraft III is fun... xD
Still could make a good movie. Or perhaps a book.
