Anger is a useless emotion.
All these feelings in vain.
Say what you will about me,
for it's probably all true.
Yes, I'm sad and lonely.
Yes, there's plenty I can't do.
Yes, it's bitterness and emptiness
that tear these words free from my lips.
Yes, I say them without remorse
because I don't know how else to live.
I've made it a point to know them all,
all the feelings that I've kept.
Sorrow is always so prominent,
though replaced by pain every now and then.
I'd try to die and leave it behind,
but it doesn't work that way.
Because that shadowed me no one wants to meet
gets closer with each pain.
This voice that destroys everything,
including myself and him..
We are one and the same in the end,
because we both come back to this:
