Keeping you behind me, I kept creeping along until I found the creek. I couldn'tsee the school building anymore, but I could still hear the police dogs barking.

I glance back at the noises of the dogs. I hope they didn't bite us. "You'd better hurry up if you want this to work."

I took a big breath. "I have an idea that I saw in a movie. You just get yourself allwet, and then dogs can't smell yah."

I rolled my eyes. "That works for about 3 minutes until you start drying off."

"Oh.. Then.." I looked around, but I honestly had no idea what to do. I pulled my ham sandwhich out of my backpack. "Maybe they like ham..?"
