I nod.
"Yeah. But not by anything in the storeroom. That's not a household chemical..."
I stare off and think for a minute before opening the biscuits. -
"so somebody's trying a chemical warfare campaign on us. Here" i get you a glass of water.

"Thanks." I say as I take the glass. I down it in three gulps.
"I'm not going to taste the rest of those." I throw away all the food from the refrigerator. -
"they want to play games, well play some back." I go back to the computer and start working.

I refill the water glass, take another drink, and walk over.
"What are you doing?" -
"reprogramming the cameras. They used to move at set intervals, that makes em easy to exploit. I'm setting them to random intervals. They will pan randomly, and due to Murphy's law, at the worst time."

"Oh, I see. Smart!"

"I've got a few other tricks up my sleeve"

I smile.
"I believe that!"
A customer comes in, and I walk over to help them. -
"I'll just have to be the last one out when we close"
(gotta go, don't know if I'll be on over the weekend. See ya!) -
"Okay, then"
I finish helping the customer.
(Okay. See ya!) -
"there!" I say as I hit one last key. "I'm not sure even I could get around the cams now"

I smile. "Awesome! That's quite the accomplishment, then."

"one more thing" I leave, walk out the back to my car, and return with two small black things. "noisemakers"

I look questioningly at them. "For what?"
