I heard something a noise, breathing other than mine, someone was here. I swung around my eyes trying to see through the shadws and darkness. "Hello?" I called out softly

She can hear me, he thought to himself. He jumped off the branch and landed softly behind her.

Someone was behind me, I quickly turned around. I was startled to see the handsome boy standing there, and what startled me even more was that he was shirtless. "Who are you?"

He smirked. "I think the question is, who are you, beautiful lady."

My cheeks blushed slightly, I laughed a little and rolled my eyes jokingly. I crossed my arms, "And why should I tell some handsome stranger my name?"

"Because," he appeared behind her, "I asked nicely." he whispered in her ear.

I gasped as he disapeared and reappeared behind me,I felt his warm breath at the back of my neck, it felt nice, especially since I was cold, giving in I softly said, "Ever"

"Ever? Hmm. Interesting name. I'm Matthew, but you can call me Matt."

"Matthew..nice name" I said turning around to face him. I gently touched his arm to check if he was cold, to my suprise he was warm, "Your warm...?"

Matthew nodded. "Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?"

Thats when I noticed his wings, stupid me obviously he wouldn't get cold. Most humans would practically kiss an angels feet but since I'm half meeting one isn't such a big deal. "Angel?"

Matthew nodded, smiling. "They provide me with a constant flow of supernatural energy. So I never get cold."

My eyes widened, "Really? Thats strange because mine do-" I stopped realising what I was about to say, no one is supposed to know I'm half-angel

"Hunh?" Matthew asked, a bit confused.

"Um...nothing" I said quickly. Strange he couldn't sense my angel soul...well that was lucky
