Well...I've seen people PRETEND to text someone on their phone but then their phone is directly facing me. I see a flash and the phone camera went off.
I've also seen the same car parked behind our school bus with no kid and it follows us until we reach my house.
*shrugs* Maybe I'm just paranoid.
