If the answer is "no, I'm too depressed" I'm just going to share my opinion. You might be making yourself depressed. You've probably heard this, but maybe not as I'm about to say it. When you're sad, do you listen to sad music? That is making you worse. Make yourself think you're happy and you will be happier. Don't surround yourself with depressing things. If Grace told me one thing actually helpful in my life it's that you need to try to be happy to be happy. Do something to be happy and if you're not trying you're not helping. You know what I'm doing usually when I get upset here? I'm opening YouTube of fml in another page and making myself laugh because although it's fake, it becomes real and you'll feel better. No joke, try it with the intention to be better. Actually try and you will be better. Or I'm looking at things from when I was a kid. I've been obsessing over Disney again because it reminds me of when I was innocent to the world, and it makes me better. Just try and you can succeed because happiness is something everyone deserves and really only you can help yourself achieve.

@Hailey How did you know Grace is obsessed with Disney? The only thing that I took from her is try to surround yourself with happy things and thoughts.
