I don't take naps at all. Except one time when I had a hard work out and then when I got home, I went upstairs and started playing on my iPod (I was on the floor). And then I just fell asleep. And when I woke up, I thought it was the next day XD.

The longest nap i think ive ever taken was like an hour and a half!
