  Anime is (sometimes) the animated adaptation of manga it counts as something that fits under the topic. It's not just anime discussed there, but manga-styled art, and manga. my dear, I'm not saying this to be rude, but to help.
  
  Many people in the anime forum are in the process of doing something similar, we have artists, writers, and webcomicists who can help out if you need it. By posting in the correct forum you can gain valuable information that could really help you out.
